Two Number 1’s, six top 5 chart hits and 8 top 10 hits. They have also had an incredible seven Number 1’s on the Music Weeks R&B/Urban Chart, ten top 5’s on the Music Weeks R&B/Urban Chart, five Choice FM R&B Chart Number 1’s, five Radio 1 R&B Chart Number 1’s, five BBC 1 Xtra R&B Chart Number 1’s, five DMC Chart number 1s plus many other strong chart positions on radio and in magazines.

Their remixes have been played on and in some cases play listed by Radio 1, Radio 2, Heart FM, Capitol Radio, Galaxy, Kiss FM, Choice FM and many others. Held in such respect by the urban music scene’s key people 5am secured Tyrese his one and only UK chart hit, this record made the national top 20 with zero support from national radio and minimal support at commercial radio, this chart position was gained purely from the success on the urban scene off of the back of the 5am mix and they were personally thanked by music industry legend Clive Davis for giving Tyrese his first UK hit single. But the most impressive thing about this was it stayed in the thirty for a second week again without any major commercial support. They have received excellent reviews in just about every music publication you can think of for their mixes, even the likes of The Sun and The Metro have credited their remixes in reviews of the commercial tracks that they have remixed. Add to this the MOBO award for the group and album that they put together Nu Life, 5am were sole Producers on the album, Nu Life were voted Best Gospel Act at the MOBO’s beating major label giants Mary Mary and Kirk Franklin to the award and thus becoming the first act not signed to a major label to win the award. They have also been voted Best Producers and or Remixers no fewer than 10 times in various music publications. This kind of track record speaks for itself and is not matched or beaten in the UK by any other production/remix team from the UK, America or any other part of the world come to that. Their remixes have also been used in America and throughout Europe.

5am have remixed Lemar (in fact every time they have been involved in a Lemar single it has made the top 5), Kelly Rowland, Christina Aguilera, Usher, Destiny’s Child, Alexandra Burke, Mario, Joe, Donell Jones, Tyrese and Roachford to name a few of the many.

Currently 5am are working on no fewer than three albums for up and coming commercial artists one of which has just started to be shopped to major labels and is already has the interest of several labels.
